Delivery Policy
1. Product Availability
All orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product is unavailable at the time of your order, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund using your original method of payment.
2. Delivery Coverage
Currently, we offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not support international deliveries at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window. Please note that delivery times are approximate and begin from the date your order is processed and approved. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays may occur.
Note: We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays and Public Holidays.

4. Delivery & Service Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 100 or more
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30 for orders below AED 100
- Cash on Delivery Fee: AED 15
- Store Pickup: Free of charge
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas. These will be communicated to you during checkout before your order is confirmed.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or missing, please report the issue immediately.
Important: Do not discard damaged items, as proof (photos) will be required for returns or replacements.
To Submit a Return or Replacement Request:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to the Account Dashboard > Purchase History
- Select the order in question
- Click Return or Replace next to the relevant item
- Fill in the required details and attach a photo of the issue
Once received, we will review your request and respond with the appropriate next steps.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To Cancel an Order:
- Log into your account
- Go to Account > Purchase History
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on Cancel Order and follow the instructions
Once your cancellation is received, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit issued as a redeemable coupon code.
Please Note:
- If your revised order total drops below AED 100 after cancellation, a AED 30 delivery charge will apply.
- For card payments, a processing fee (based on order amount) may be deducted during the refund.
