Order Support
Track Your Order
Live order tracking is currently not available. For updates, please check your registered email or log into your account to view order status under Purchase History.
Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Dashboard > Purchase History
- Click View Order Details
- Select Cancel Order and follow the instructions
Note:
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or you may opt for store credit.
- If your revised total falls below AED 100, AED 30 delivery charge will be deducted.
- Updated invoice will be sent via email.
Edit Your Order
Once placed, orders cannot be edited. To make changes:
- Cancel the order and place a new one
- To cancel specific items, follow the same cancellation process and choose the item(s) to remove
Canceled/Restricted Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to pricing errors or other reasons. This may apply to multiple orders from the same account or payment method. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delayed Orders / Delivery Issues
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change.
- Ensure your delivery details are accurate
- Contact us promptly in case of issues
- Additional fees (starting at AED 30) may apply for inaccessible delivery locations or rescheduling due to non-availability
Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive damaged or incomplete items:
- Do not discard the item
- Log in and go to Account Dashboard > Purchase History
- Select the order and choose Return or Replace
- Fill in the required details, attach a photo, and submit your request
We will inspect the claim and respond accordingly.
Order Not Received
If you haven’t received your order after the expected delivery time:
- Check your email or messages for updates
- If no communication has been received, contact us to arrange delivery
Update Your Address
To update your address:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Dashboard > Your Addresses
- Edit or delete saved addresses to avoid delivery errors
Edible Print Orders
To place an edible print order:
- Submit a high-resolution image, preferred dimensions, text (if any), font size & color
- Mention your desired delivery date
- Confirm the design thoroughly before printing — no changes after confirmation
- Acceptable formats: PDF (no editing), JPEG (with editing)
- Available sizes: Mini-Round 2″, Round 7.5″, A4 (7.5″x10″), A3 (11.5″x16″)
- Materials: Kopykake frosting sheets & edible inks
Note: Orders placed on Sundays will not be processed for Monday. Orders after 4:00 PM are not eligible for next-day delivery.

Third-Party Delivery
If using a shipping agent:
- Provide original receipts
- Agent must inspect and sign for items upon pickup
- Greens International is not liable for damages after acceptance
- For international shipping, the customer must arrange logistics and paperwork
Pickup & Delivery Changes
To change your delivery or pickup option:
- Contact our team before the order is out for delivery
- Store pickup orders can be converted to delivery based on availability
- Delivery charges may apply if the new total is below AED 100
