RETURN POLICY

Return & Replacement Policy

At Al Bahar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return or replace a product, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are also accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Any complimentary or bundled items must be returned alongside the main product.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, free from tampering or usage.
  • Inspection is required upon delivery; we are not liable for any damage reported after delivery is complete.
  • Returns will be declined if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotional or free items
  • Frozen and chilled products
  • Edible or perishable goods
  • Opened or partially used products

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account and raise a return request within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Upload a photo of the product along with your reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you may: 
  4. Wait for our delivery team to collect the item during their next visit to your area.
  5. Or drop it off at our store during business hours (Mon–Sun, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM).

Note: We do not use third-party couriers for return pickups.


Replacement Process

If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  1. Log in and submit a Replacement Request via your account dashboard.
  2. Include a clear image of the item and reason for replacement.
  3. Once approved, our delivery team will exchange the product on their next visit, or you can drop off and collect the replacement at our store (prior notification required).
  4. Replacement items must also be in original, unused condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after product inspection.
  • You may receive your refund via:
  • Original payment method, or
  • A store credit coupon code redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Service and processing charges are non-refundable.

If the revised order value after return or cancellation falls below AED 100, a AED 30 delivery fee will be deducted.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by logging into your account, navigating to Purchase History, and selecting Cancel Order.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations must follow the return process outlined above.
  • Refunds for canceled orders paid via card will have a processing fee deducted, based on the transaction amount.
