- We are not responsible for damage during self-assembly or shipping via third-party agents.
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Post-cancellation, a refund will be issued minus delivery fees and any applicable processing charges.
- AED 30 will be deducted if the revised order total (post-cancellation) falls below AED 100.

Returns are accepted within 7 days only if:
- Products are unused, in original packaging, or
- Wrong/damaged products are delivered.
- Returns must be initiated via the Website. The following are non-returnable:
- Promotional items
- Frozen, chilled, or edible goods
- Opened, used, or tampered items
Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
